Devexperts Integrates DXtrade with AI-Chatbot Devexa

Devexperts has enhanced its technology offerings to brokers by bundling its FX and CFDs trading platform , DXtrade, with Devexa, its AI-powered chatbot for support and sales desks.

According to the press release shared with Finance Magnates, the chat widget will be available within the web trading terminal, allowing traders to seek support instantly. It will also help the broker to target traders with personalized marketing offers.

Integrating the chatbot with the trading platform allows brokers to bring and enhance a few services specifically. They can improve the customer support experience by pre-loading the AI-powered bot with FAQs, bringing video calls and co-browsing features without leaving the trading environment, adding push message delivery for marketing and compliance-related messages, and receiving instant feedback from clients. The chatbot can also carry out the KYC process for brokers’ clients.

“The bundling of these products extends DXtrade’s functionality. Now, traders can leverage this extra Devexa widget to request additional support and information. They can also use it to issue quick commands such as closing all or specific positions, pulling up a price chart, or viewing recent market news,” said Jon Light, VP of OTC Platform at Devexperts.

Enhancing Capabilities of Devexperts’ Technology Offerings

The integration came when Devexperts was already enhancing the functionalities of its trading platform. Last year, the platform added spot crypto trading and spread betting functionalities. It also enhanced the offerings by integrating the solutions of Your Bourse.

Dexexperts added AI capabilities and launched a new version of its chatbot Dexexa in early 2019. The chatbot is also equipped with voice support, meaning traders can access it with smart speakers with voice commands for real-time data to execute traders.

Since its launch, Devexperts has also integrated Dexexa with other third-party trading platforms like MetaTrader and cTrader. It was even integrated with Salesforce to automate the customer support of FX brokers.
